Commission Request Form

Please take a moment to answer the questions in the form below. This may take between 2 and 30 minutes depending on the level of detail you give me!

The form has been carefully designed to expedite the commission process covering the most common requests saving us both time. The questions will change depending on the answers you give, so what you see right now, on opening the page, is not the whole form!

Once you click "Draft Email", the results will be automatically formatted and put into an email for you to send to me. We will then be able to talk about any specifics that the form does not cover.

Alternatively, if your default email client is not configured correctly, then after clicking "Draft Email" and seeing no errors on the form, you can copy the contents of the email separately using the pink buttons and paste them into your preferred email client. There are separate buttons for my email address, the subject, and the body. But again, the body button won't work until the form has no errors, which you can confirm by clicking "Draft Email" and seeing no error text under any of the questions.

Options with a * next to them let you know that they will affect price. The number of *s indicate how much a given option will affect the price.

Because all commissions are priced individually, I cannot give a live update on price in this form. *s act as a rough guide so that you can make informed decisions.
